When you sign up for your first class at the studio, you will complete a Waiver form, whereby we ask you for certain information, including personal information (such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address). In certain locations, we also take an imprint of your fingerprint for sign-in purposes. For certain packages and payment plans, we also collect and keep on file your credit card information (for example, for monthly billing purposes). We store the information on our computer and on a back up system, both being password protected for access only by us, as well as in a secure paper file, stored in a secured location.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we will only use your e-mail address to send you monthly updates regarding the studios, iincluding the new monthly schedules. We will occasionally send you e-mails regarding important events at the Studios. We will not sell, rent or trade your email address. However, we reserve the right to share you information between the studios and with Hot Yoga Wellness International Inc.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving our e-mail communications, please send us a return email marked with "REMOVE" in the subject line and your name (as is in our system) and we will not send you any more emails.

When visiting Hot Yoga Wellness website we use sessions and gather limited user information such as your IP address and browser information. This information will not be sold to any parties and is used only for internal debugging and resolving issues that may arise from time to time.

The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and is only disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
