Prenatal YOGA at Hot Yoga Wellness

Recommendations to students:
- for the safety of you and your baby, talk to your doctor before starting prenatal yoga or any form of prenatal exercise
- bring one or two firm, medium to large pillow(s) and a throw-blanket to every class
- discuss any type of concern or contra-indications you may have with your instructor before you begin your yoga practice
- be sure to have only a light meal one hour before you arrive and to bring a bottle of water with you
- wear loose, comfortable clothing and a supportive sports bra
- a brisk walk or any cardio warm-up (eg. swimming, light cycling) prior to class is recommended
- be prepared for some endurance/strength work geared to your stage of pregnancy
- come prepared for blissful stretches, breathing excercises and rest
Information about your sessions

Price
The cost for 10 sessions is $150 or $17 for a single session. It highly recommended that you attend all 10 sessions because you will learn something new each session, which will be of great benefit to you.
